By using Soleilx (including art.meishuzuopin.net and the Art Personality Quiz), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Nature of the service — entertainment & aesthetic reflection
Soleilx content is for aesthetic exploration, cultural education, and entertainment only. The Art Personality Quiz and Museum-Goer Archetypes describe visual-taste preferences in museum settings. They are not a psychological assessment, personality inventory for hiring or clinical use, medical or mental-health tool, financial advice, relationship advice, or fortune-telling service.
We make no predictions about luck, destiny, health, wealth, romance, or career outcomes. Any mention of light, season, solar longitude, or historical symbolism is an art-historical or perceptual framing — never divination.
2. No affiliation
Soleilx is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to The Myers-Briggs Company or any third-party personality, astrology, or tarot brand. We do not use third-party registered trademarks as product names for this quiz.
3. Intellectual property
Site text, quiz prompts, archetype names, and original design are owned by Soleilx / the site operator unless otherwise noted. Museum images, when shown, are used under Public Domain / CC0 terms from stated museum sources; verify each asset’s license before reuse. Do not scrape, mirror, or redistribute the site in bulk without permission.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, inject malware, or misuse ad inventory (invalid clicks).
- Do not present quiz results as clinical, diagnostic, or predictive of real-world outcomes.
- Do not use the site to harass others or to misrepresent affiliation with museums or brands.
5. Advertising
Pages may display third-party ads (e.g. Google AdSense). Ad content is the responsibility of the advertiser and network. See our Privacy Policy for cookies and opt-out links.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. Curator notes referencing composition ratios, color temperature, or Attention Restoration Theory (Kaplan 1995) are secular looking aids — not scientific claims about you and not therapeutic advice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soleilx and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on quiz results.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
